How does Bladebox razor subscription work?

The Bladebox razor subscription is very simple. Choose a razor blade with either 3 or 5 blades, and then choose how often you want these to be delivered free to your door. There are four razor blades included within each Bladebox and you receive a FREE handle with your first delivery.

How much are the razor blade subscriptions?

Subscriptions are tailored to your requirements. Prices start from £4.49 per month. Choose your preferred Bladebox subscription on our sign up page: https://www.bladebox.co.uk/subscribe/

How often are the razors delivered?

Razors are delivered according to your chosen schedule. Monthly, six-weekly or every other month. You can choose your schedule when you sign up, and amend it in your online account at any time.

How can I change my shaving subscription plan?

You can modify your Bladebox subscription at any time. Just login to your account using the details in the email you will have received when signing up. If you can’t find these, simply click on “Forgotten your details” on the Login screen to request new credentials.

How long does delivery take?

Boxes are posted by using Royal Mail Second Class post, so delivery will take up to 3 days from dispatch.

Can I sign up to a trial period?

There’s no minimum contract or ties to your Bladebox subscription, so you can modify or cancel at any time.

Do you deliver overseas?

We currently only deliver to UK mainland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. But watch this space…. Sign up to our email updates to be the first to hear when we do.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Just email us at accounts@bladebox.co.uk

What makes Bladebox blades so good?

We have worked closely with some of the world’s leading manufacturers to bring the highest quality razor blades to the UK, without the additional price tag. The razors feature either 3 or 5 razor sharp blades with a conditioning aloe strip. Give them a go and see what you think?

How often should I change my razor blade?

Bladebox contains the highest quality razors, however all blades will dull after a period of time. We like to change our blades once a week and this works well for us, but it is personal preference.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard – through a fully secure payment system

When do you charge me for my subscription?

Depending on your subscription, we will charge you on the day you sign up and then on the date of the next delivery – every four, six or eight weeks. You can find out the next date you will be charged in your account.

What is your refund/returns policy?

Should you wish to return your Bladebox for a full refund, you must notify us in writing by emailing hello@bladebox.co.uk and return your unopened and unused box to “The Business Box, Elliott Road, Bournemouth, BH11 8JR” within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
